Our Pack Meeting will be help next Wednesday, October 28. We'll be introducing November's theme of of Cub Scout Salutes with some talks by some of the Pack's parent that have server our community and country about service. I hope we'll have a great turn out so the kids can hear about this very important topic.
Asa reminder, during November the boys will have a chance to provide service to our community. Scouting for Food supplies food to local food banks as we head into the holiday season. Food banks have been hit very hard this year as the economy struggle to rebound. This is a two day event, November 14 & November 21. We'll meet at 9:00 AM on both days at Ironville United Methodist Church. We'll drop bags off on the 14th and pick up donated food items on the 21th. I need a couple of folks with pickup trucks (or a trailer) on the 21th to haul the food to the food bank. |
